With a strong grasp of both technology and strategy, he led projects for top-tier brands like Crefisa, Santander, Mastercard, and TIM, as well as companies backed by investment firms like Pátria, including Tecnogera and Vogel Telecom.

His career mirrors the evolution of Brazil’s digital ecosystem. He’s been hands-on in projects across e-commerce, marketplaces, group buying platforms, fintechs, and artificial intelligence—always with a relentless focus on performance, scale, and innovation.

That same drive for results led him to co-found G5, a performance-driven marketing firm that blends data, technology, and conversion strategy. At G5, Thiago has taken data-powered performance marketing to the next level, helping businesses grow with precision and impact.

Now, Thiago steps into a bold new chapter as a partner at Aspire (AXP) — the U.S.-based experience marketing company redefining how fans connect with their idols. His role at AXP is to fuse cutting-edge tech with emotional storytelling, designing exclusive, high-impact fan experiences that connect brands, celebrities, and audiences like never before.
